My husband and I are separated for couple months now. We bought a condo together. But we reached an agreement that I will pay him back the money he contributed and he will transfer his interest in the condo to me which makes me the only owner of the condo. We applied for uncontested divorce already and the court will make final decision once we reach our one year of seperation. My parents are concerned that he will take away half of my condo even though we pay him the money back since couples share 50% of the assets. What kind of agreement should I get to protect my condo?
