I have been separated since March 2013 (6months) I want to move to the United States. I have been in the US now for 1 month. DO I legally need to return to Ontario to finalize the divorce in March of 2014?

This is a complicated question as we would need to know more information. Is it a simple divorce? Is there property? Are there children? Also, where were you married? Where does your spouse reside?
