I will be filing for divorce/separation. My wife committed adultery. She is also on anti depressants - for several years. I am looking to obtain full custody of the children. Under what condition's would this be successful? My wife wants shared custody.

The legal test for custody/access is the best interest of the child. A Judge examines all of the factors of a case to determine how that legal test is applied.
