How can I find out the details of my ex's consumer proposal?

I am in the process of a divorce (already served to me) due to the debt from the marriage I had to claim bankruptcy however my ex will not disclose the amount of debt that he filed a proposal for. I feel he has not taken half the debt. I ended the marriage due to extreme verbal, mental abuse and he sexually assaulted me. How can I find out the details of my ex's consumer proposal? At time of separation he made 90K where I was making 32 and I have been left with roughly 70K in debt.

Yes, absolutely. If a proper Court Application has been commenced and served then as part of that litigation process you have a right to demand both documentary disclosure and oral questioning.
