Hello, my husband and I have been separated for over a year now. I would like to get a divorce. However, he has been deported and I do not know his whereabouts. How shall I proceed?

. Since you are already separated for a year, you can proceed to obtain a Divorce. You will have to bring a Motion to the court for an Order dispensing with service of the Divorce Application (ie. you cannot give him the Divorce Application because you do not know where he resides).
