Each of you would have a child support obligation to be calculated separately and then do a calculation to determine the net off-setting amount of child support. Divorce-Canada.ca website has made readily available a child support calculator. You would use gross annual or annualized income to calculate the support, and should consult with a lawyer once you have engaged in further discussions and exchanged necessary income information.
