I ve been seperated for almost three years and I have paid my lawyer for a divorce have gone through mediation twice and I and my ex had a custody agreement and the marital debt is 20, 000.00 so the judge said my ex and I had to pay half but when can I get my divorce does the debt have to be paid in full before I get my divorce we are going back to court in june please tell me I want my divorce

Likely the payment of your debt and the granting of a divorce order are not intertwined and therefore you should be able to obtain a divorce order before or after the payment of the debt. You should ask your lawyer this question though.
