I am a pilot with an airline. When I'm away from home my company gives my cash to spend for expenses on the road. This could be for meals, spending money, etc. Does my spouse have access to my per diem?

The cash that you receive from you company for on the road expenses would need to be disclosed to your spouse when completing your financial disclosure and likely included as income for the purposes of calculating your child support and or spousal support obligation, if any.
