Can he change our separation agreement?

If my husband writes up a separation agreement and I don't agree with something can he then change all or any of the other things that he is offering because he is mad or once he offers them he has to give them

Answer: I assume from your question that you are currently negotiating an agreement and nothing is signed. In those circumstances a person is free to negotiate as they will, which includes changing their position at anytime, given that nothing is binding until the agreement is properly drafted and signed. Please note that there should also be proper financial disclosure and independent legal advice for both parties (with different lawyers) if you wish a proper and legally enforceable agreement.
