We interpret your question as asking about a consensual uncontested divorce. If accurate, then an Application should be issued and served. After 30 days additional Court material needs to be submitted, such as an Affidavit with supporting material. Once a Judge approves the Order there is a further 30 days for an appeal and thereafter a Certificate of Divorce may be obtained.

Of course, you may have other issues that need to be resolved, such as custody/access, child/spousal support, and property division as examples. You should book a free consultation with one of our lawyers to review these issues to make sure that your legal rights are protected.
