You should immediately see a lawyer. As a parent, you have rights to time with your children and moving the children that far is generally very difficult if one parent is living where the children have normally resided. However, if her intention is to move, you should see a lawyer immediately to give her notice that you oppose the move and to take necessary steps to stop the move. As a parent, you have rights to time with your children but there are many variables that a court will consider in determining whether a move is permitted. A lawyer can explain once you provide full details of the situation. The most important factor will be what is in the best interests of the children.
