Will I be able to see my children after divorce?

Got married in Greece to a Canadian (Quebec) citizen . Now we are unfortunately in the process of divorce proceedings in Greece. My wife plans to return to Canada with our two children (3 and a 1 year old). If my wife refuses to allow the children to travel and stay in Greece for visits of 1-2 months, what are my chances of obtaining a court order allowing such visits ? Will I be able to see my children after divorce? Thank you in advance for your reply

There are several factors that can influence such a decision one of these being the age of the children. At 3 and 1, it will most likely be very complicated to obtain long visitation rights away from the mother. You must also consider the travel time and the effect such long travel time can have on the children.

One possible scenario in such circumstances is to have the mother travel with the children and be present abroad during the visitation period.
