I am seperated from my wife for last three years.i applied foreign divorce the day i seperated from my wife three years before) and the country where my exwife and me are citizen and got marriage has granted us divorce .but the law here in canada is not accpting it on the ground we were not residing in that country for 12 months from the date we applied the divorce.If i have to apply for divorce again but this time in canada how much time it will take me to get that cause i have to remarry and sponsor my future wife.

On average an uncontested divorce can take about 3-4 months to obtain. Several factors affect the timing, for example: time for personal service of the application, and how quickly the court will review your paper work.
