I have now been separated for 4 years. We do not have legal agreements on property, (we owned 2 houses and both properties remain in both our names), support, or pensions. I have belongings of my x that he claims not to have room for how long do I have to keep for him? Also wondered about entitlement to spousal support, child support, and pension.

There are time limits associated with the division of property, 2 years after a divorce, or 6 years after separation, whichever is earlier. It sounds like none of your issues have been resolved. The first stage in the process is to exchange completed financial statements. I suggest your contact a lawyer in your area for further guidance.
