I moved out a year ago at my wife's request. Now she's asked for the keys to our jointly owned home. We are separated and will definitely divorce soon. Should I comply? Will it affect my rights to the property?

If you are both still on title to the matrimonial home, you both have an equal right to be in the home. You are both still owners of the home. I suggest you do not provide her with the keys to the home. However, she may change the locks to the home if she chooses to do so. I recommend that you contact a lawyer to resolve the issue of the division of the home and any other property issues you may have.
