My spouse and I signed a separation agreement in 2006 after living together for 15 years. We got married in 2007. We are considering divorce. The agreement was necessary because I have few assets and my spouse is quite wealthy. I think it is too generous in his favour. There are no children involved. Is the 2006 agreement totally binding?
