My employer has relocated. I want to move there with my children. I can now afford a house. New location is 50 minutes from their Dad ; my ex. He is telling me it is too far for him to pick up / visit with his children.
He has a reliable car and does not work. Iknow the move would be in the best interst of the kids.

Answer: Your question involves a “mobility” issue. In order to assist you I need to know whether there is a current Separation Agreement or Court Order. I also need to know how often the father is with the children. If there is a Separation Agreement or Court Order I need to read it. In any event, I can provide you with an exact answer, after the above information is provided. I suggest that you call me for a free consultation.

(The information provided above is general, not legal advice, as circumstances vary from case to case. Thus, if you wish legal advice that you can rely upon for your specific case, please contact Andrew Kania for a free consultation).
