Will the court agree to a reduction in child support?

Can I seek court to reduce child support payments for non biological , non adoptive child , who’s mother has been living with someone for 5 years and who’s financial status has increased significantly. The biological father is also paying support. I was deemed acting is parentis and am no longer in contact with the child. Can her new common law partner now be deemed acting in parentis, and be responsible for supporting the child. Just want to know how a judge may view this situation given the changes in her and my circumstances.
