It is written: Properties & Financial obligations between the husband and wife should be devided 50/50, but what about a property that been purchased by the wife "a wife paying for it during the merriage period and did afford it cause of the Husband was busy paying all expenses in Canada"

The 50/50 division of the property attempts to address or recognize the wife's and husband's contributions during the marriage. The wife accumulated equity in the property. The husband maintained other expenses. Collectively the parties shared their economic goals. However, if the property was owned by the wife on the date of marriage, then she does not deduct the equity in the home on marriage.
