Can we divorce and divide assets after divorce? Taking into consideration that we have an agreement prior the divorce?

What is important is that the separation agreement deal with all financial issues stemming from the marriage including division of assets. That doesn't mean that a separation agreement cannot include terms for payment or terms for the actual exchange of assets.

To obtain your divorce you need to have been separated for at least one year. If there is a separation agreement and you have been separated for over one year then there should be no reason for the divorce not to be granted rapidly.
