Just ended a 15 year common law relationship. I haven't worked in 36 years, staying home with children. I am 58. He has a good pension having worked in the same place for over 30 years. Am I entitled to a portion of his pension?

There is no automatic division of property for common law spouses. However, you may be entitled to some financial compensation on the basis of a constructive trust. Also, there is a spousal support component to your matter. I suggest you contact a lawyer as soon as possible.
