My son is 9 and doesn't want to stay at his dads for more than two days. Does he have a choice? If so how do I get the court order changed

Your son’s views can be considered by a judge (typically through reading a report from a counselor who has consulted with the child and prepared a statement for the court reporting what the child’s wishes are and how the child explained the basis of their wishes. You will need to bring an application to vary your existing order so as to vary its terms.
