Ive just handed over my tax assessment to my ex for determining child support this year. My ex wants me to provide my disability income information as well. My disability pay should not affect child support. This money is exempt in our agreement and I am wondering if I must provide it. We are 50/50 custody.

Full & frank financial disclosure is the cornerstone of Family Law – so yes you must disclose all sources of income. If he tries to argue that your disability income should affect your child support, then you would simply rely on the terms of your agreement or order to exclude that income from consideration.
