I am a Chinese and Canadian PR right now. and my ex husband is canadian. We got married in China 2007, and uncontested divorced in China. However, Im living in Vancouver BC, have Chinese official divorce paper. So what can I do to prove that Im divorced now in Canada. Thanks!

If the Chinese divorce decree is a valid decree, then you are divorced. If you wish to remarry in Canada, you will need a lawyer to revire your Chinese divorce decree and provide an opinion regarding whether or not your Chinese divorce is valid.
