Is my ex entitled to my pension?

I am divorced but i was married for 4 years. I now realize that I did not get my ex to sign off my pension. Is she entitled to my pension? And if so how much of it is she entitled too?

She can make an application to divide your CPP credits once you are divorced and that is handled automatically by the CPP administrators. However any claim to a division of any employment pension would require her to bring a court application to obtain an order for division of same which would typically grant her 50% of the credits earned from the date of cohabitation to the date of separation.
