We have been separated for almost 4 years. There are no children, no spousal support, or property claims.
However, my concern is once my partner received the paperwork for the divorce proceedings, she will not reply. There is no other reason except laziness. We have both moved on with other partners since, and have very little communication with each other.
How long would the divorce proceeding process take and what would happen if she does not reply?

Based on your question my assumption is that you do not want anything other than a divorce. If we issue an Application for a divorce and serve it upon her then we require nothing further from her. There is no need for her to reply whatsoever. Thus, on the assumption that you know where she is and we can thus serve her, and on the further assumption that she does not file an Answer claiming something (such as property division) from you, then you are simply looking at an uncontested divorce which, generally speaking, would take approximately three months to complete.
