My husband is living in the house and he wants to keep it, how long does he have to pay me half and to get some furniture that was listed at a JCC meeting

If there was no order made at the JCC to sell the home, or for one to buy out the other, or to divide the furniture by a specified date, then you will need to bring on an application to obtain those orders and deadlines. In the absence of an order or written agreement, there is no deadline and no way to enforce anything without an order.
