How do I proceed to force the sale of the house myself?

My ex lives in the family home and refuses to put it on the market or sell it. Our separation agreement clearly says he has to list it for the agreed upon value, and if it doesn't sell we will re-list at 90% of the original price. "If the parties cannot agree on any matter concerning the sale of the Family Residence, either party may apply to Court for and Order for sale of the property and for conduct of the sale."

You need to file a Notice of Family Claim in the Supreme Court of B.C. and to file a Notice of Application seeking an order to force the sale of the home.
