My Ex-Girlfriend denies me access to the child. There is no court order. she does not want to talk to me. What can I do about it?

Without a court order, both parents have complete and total parental authority over the children. That means that she can technically stop you from seeing the children.

What you need to do is obtain custody or access rights from the Court. Once you have obtained this you then have recourse to the Courts or to law enforcement (under certain restricted circumstances only) to help you exercise your rights if she still refuses to let you see the children.
