My husband and I jointly own a home. We are probably going to be separating soon. Can he force me to leave the house? I am afraid he will try and make me leave but not allow me to bring our children (13 & 17). What are my legal rights?

He cannot force you to leave without a court order. Generally, you have equal rights to live and have equal equity in the home.
