We have lived separate for 2 1/2 years, estranged husband will not agree or sign separation agreement presented to him by lawyers. If we never divorce will I as his wife get his property and pensions when he dies even though he lives with a partner now?

If your husband refuses to cooperate by negotiating a fair Separation Agreement then you should pursue your rights in Court. There is a limitation period in place for the pursing of your property rights and, accordingly, you should not assume that you will be protected if you simply wait.
