The duration of the divorce process depends mainly on the type of request you expect to produce to the Court. If you expect to produce a joint application for divorce, and have therefore already negotiated and agreed upon you all corollary to divorce your spouse (e), there must be a period of 3 to 4 months from the date of production of the Motion on the date of the divorce judgment. Otherwise, if the divorce is contested, the process can take from one to several years depending on the complexity of the case
