Do I have to pay a child support?

Generally child support stops for a child after they have completed their first undergraduate degree. Exceptionally however, child support has been granted in cases where a Masters degree was needed to work in a particular field and/or where parents were highly educated and expecting that their child reach higher degrees of education as well.

Even if the exception does apply to your case, an evaluation of the child's needs would have to be done to see how much and if any support should be paid.
