What is the likelihood of successfully challenging a division of pension benefits from 1992 divorce. Was married for 7 years, but she got 10yrs benefit, no kids and worked entire time.

A party has 30 days from the granting of an order to Appeal the order. There is no likelihood of successfully challenging the terms of an order made 23 years ago.
