I got married 10 years ago but have been separated for 8 years. I now live in Ontario and have no idea where he lives, last was Alberta. Am I able to get a divorce without knowing where he is? I now what to get remarried.

Our child support payments are based on Shared Custody of 2 children. However, my 16 year old son has decided to move in with me permanently, not wanting to be at his dads. Can I now receive higher child support payments for him? My daughter continues as the original agreement was written.
