Can I divorce my spouse in Quebec when I live in another province
If my spouse and I have joint accounts, yes,I know we are both responsible. my spouse maxed out our credit line and our personal checking without my knowledge and now if I pay my half he can have access to the account and withdraw any payments I make. What can I do about this.
Is it possible for two people to draft their own divorce agreement, child custody/visitation arrangement and other details, put them down on paper and then simply visit a lawyer to make it legal? If so, could they visit ONE lawyer or do they each need one?
