Once a company pension is split between partners when they divorce, can one person change their mind and request the pension back? This couple lived together for 23 years and married for 7 years. They want the pension back because they feel the other couple should have only received 7 years of the pension.

What are the repercussions of using adultery as the grounds for a divorce? If the spouse is willing to admit to having an affair (and it is proven, and truthful), what repercussions would the adulterer suffer? Would the 3rd party have to be brought in? Is it made public anywhere?
