I had an emotional affair. Will I get nothing?

I’ve been married to for 4 years (together for 8 years). I had an emotional affair after years of emotional abuse. I suffer from crippling anxiety, so I never had a job. I was told that my emotional affair and my lack of a job would leave me with nothing, on top of us not being married for very long. Is this true? I’m not on any bank account, so I will be starting over with virtually nothing. Will I get nothing? Thank you for any information.
