How does Ontario Law deal with foreign assets (property) bought after marriage and prior to separation?

If the net property worth for wife is higher than husband due to foreign assets, is it possible for the court to split the matrimonial home unequally so that net worth is same for husband and wife?

Answer: Ontario law requires spouses to declare their worldwide assets and debts on the dates of marriage and separation.
