Are child support payments added to a persons income in determining payments for special or extraordinary expenses? Reading the section it says, “taking into account that spouse’s income and the amount that the spouse would receive under the applicable table “

    Child support payments are not added to a recipient’s income for the purposes of determining the parties’ proportional share for extraordinary expenses.
