My Husband wants to separate/divorce and I want to work on the marriage. Do I have legal rights to prevent the divorce?

No. It only takes one person to decide that a married couple is now separated. If he commences a divorce Application it can be defended against, which would delay the divorce, if there are valid grounds, such as the need to divide property or if adequate child support is not being paid.
