Anonymous Asked:

Almost two years have passed since my husband and I divorced. I had agreed at the time for my ex to claim undue hardship and pay a reduced amount of child support for 2 years as I felt bad for him at the time. That 2 years is almost up and I would like to file to have the child support increased as I know he is doing quite well financially. I have since remarried and have another child as well. How do I file for the change on the order, and will me being married again affect what I receive?

You would need to file an Application to Vary the existing order. Your remarriage is entirely irrelevant and has no bearing on the application to vary. He will need to make current full & frank financial disclosure in order to determine what his obligation is under the guidelines. If he refuses to make disclosure you can apply for orders that he do so.
