Ted is an experienced lawyer practicing family law in the Hamilton area for over 30 years. Ted attained his LL.B. from Queen’s University and his LL.M. from Osgoode Hall at York University. Ted assists his clients in dealing with and resolving the legal issues that arise as the result of the breakdown of a relationship and does so in a sensitive and cost-effective manner. He also assists clients in resolving issues collaboratively by way of negotiation and then, only if necessary, through litigation.
Over the years, Ted has made numerous presentations to a variety of organizations such as at the Professional Development Program, Osgoode Hall Law School; McMaster University Social Work Department; and, has also been a part-time instructor in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate Program at Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology and in the Family Law Course at McMaster University.

My ex stopped his child support cheque (it bounced). His lawyer is demanding (unreasonable) information about child and stopped the payments to extort that information. According to our separation agreement, my ex has to keep paying even if there are disagreements (there is conflict resolution process for it). How can I enforce the separation agreement?
